Established in August 1960 the health and welfare fund is a self-funded, self-administered ERISA plan.  The Board of Trustees administers the health and welfare fund to provide medical benefits for the eligible participants and dependents of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local #106.  These benefits are funded solely from the contributions paid by a contributing employer on behalf of a plan participant.
